The classic scrambler motorcycle will always have a special place in my heart. Ever since watching Steve McQueen outrun Nazis in the Great Escape I’ve been hooked.
So as you can imagine I was pretty excited when I first saw the all new Triumph Street Scrambler. I’m not one for mechanical or engineering jargon, I just like things that look good and this thing is seriously stylish.
With clearly more than a slight resemblance to that classic custom Triumph from McQueen’s most memorable screen moment, this scrambler will have some serious appeal.
There’s a new audience of motorcycle enthusiasts and I can’t help but think that this bike will be exactly what those new riders will be looking for. With customisation at the heart this bike can be built with your own personal touch, with over 150 accessories for even more rugged off road style.
There’s plenty of beautiful finishes too adding a touch of premium, such as the unique gun-metal finish engine badges, real brushed aluminium tank logo decals and black headlight bezel. With three colour options, for me it would be a hard choice between the Jet Black or military inspired Matt Khaki Green, but if you like a more vibrant colour palette there’s the Korosi Red and Frozen Silver option too.
The all new Triumph Street Scrambler will be available later this year and you can check out the full spec at Triumph
